Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Who we are

LIBERTY SOFT LTD trading as Meazurely (“Meazurely”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 12574116) with its registered office at 12 Constance Street, London, England, E16 2DQ. We provide business software and related services via meazurely.com.

2. Scope

This policy explains when and how cancellations and refunds apply to purchases made directly from Meazurely through our website or applications. It complements (and does not limit) any non-excludable statutory rights that may apply to you under local law.

3. Definitions

  • Subscription: a recurring paid plan (e.g., monthly or annual).
  • One-time purchase: a perpetual or time-limited license, add-on, credit pack, or similar item charged once.
  • Professional Services: setup, onboarding, consulting, or training delivered by or on behalf of Meazurely.
  • Service Credits: non-cash credits applied to future invoices; not redeemable for cash.

4. Managing your subscription

  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew before the end of the current term.
  • How to cancel: You can cancel in your billing portal or by emailing billing@meazurely.com from the account email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term unless we confirm earlier termination in writing.
  • Seat changes & downgrades: Adding seats may increase charges immediately or on the next invoice; downgrades take effect at renewal.

5. Refunds — general rule & exceptions

Unless stated otherwise in your Order or required by law, all fees are non-refundable. We may, at our discretion or where law requires, issue a refund or credit in the following cases:

  • Duplicate or erroneous charge for the same subscription/order.
  • Unauthorised payment proven by credible evidence.
  • We terminate for convenience during a paid term — pro-rata refund of the unused period.
  • Extended service unavailability covered by an applicable SLA — service credits (not cash) unless law requires otherwise.

Refunds (if approved) are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank/payment provider.

6. One-time purchases & Professional Services

  • One-time licenses, add-ons, and credit packs are generally non-refundable once delivered or redeemed.
  • Professional Services (setup, onboarding, consulting, training) are non-refundable once delivered or scheduled resources have been consumed.

7. Service availability & credits

For availability issues, your remedy is typically service credits under our Service Level commitments. Credits apply to future invoices and are not convertible to cash unless required by law.

8. Disputes & chargebacks

If you do not recognise a payment or wish to dispute a charge, please contact billing@meazurely.com first so we can investigate. Unresolved chargebacks for legitimate transactions may result in suspension until the dispute is resolved.

9. Taxes & invoices

Fees are exclusive of VAT/GST and similar taxes unless stated otherwise. Tax amounts are generally non-refundable except where required by law or collected in error. To request a tax correction, contact us promptly and include your valid tax ID (if applicable) and invoice details.

10. Purchases via third parties

If you bought through a reseller, marketplace, or app store, their refund and cancellation terms apply. Please contact that provider directly. We cannot refund purchases we did not process.

11. How to cancel or request a refund

  1. Review this policy (especially Section 5 and Section 6).
  2. Send a request from your account email to billing@meazurely.com with your order number, invoice ID, and reason.
  3. If the issue concerns access or performance, include timestamps, screenshots, and logs to help us resolve it faster.

12. Method & timing of refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/payment provider. We do not issue refunds via alternative channels except where required by law.

13. Data retention after cancellation

After your paid term ends, we typically retain account data for a short grace period (about 30 days) so you can export content, then delete or anonymise it per our data retention schedules, unless a longer period is required by law.

14. Jurisdiction-specific terms

  • You may have a statutory right to cancel certain online purchases within 14 days of the transaction. This right typically does not apply once digital content/service delivery has begun with your consent, and it generally applies only to the initial subscription purchase, not to renewals.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post updates on this page and adjust the “Last updated” date above.
